Valley View Wine Sales

The 2002 vintage (50% pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay) I found unusual and striking. This wine is very intense and full of power. I’d try this with the main course. Champagne, you know, in Champagne, is drunk as any other wine, with the meal. You need something more than light and frothy to go up against some of the rich food of the Ile de France, and this beauty has it. Very chewy and complex. I think these wines are going to win friends pretty rapidly.
