The Brut Tradition is 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay. It’s mostly 2002, with a bit of 2003 and 2004. The Chardonnay seems to dominate. As such, this makes wonderfully bright and elegant Champagne, a joy to drink, refreshing and mineral-toned. I knew we were in for something good as soon as I tried it.
